Terms of Service
Last updated: October 9, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Rezendue (the "service"), a personal application for tracking shared expenses with the people in your life. Rezendue is developed and operated by Zdravko Karamanolov, an individual developer based in Bulgaria ("we", "us"). Please also read the Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal data is handled.
Acceptance and eligibility
By signing in to or using Rezendue you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you cannot use the service. You must be at least 16 years old to use Rezendue.
The service
Rezendue lets you create groups, record shared bills, attach images of receipts and bills, and keep track of who paid what. The service is currently provided free of charge.
Rezendue currently is in beta. The product is still being built, so features, layout, and behaviour may change, and you may hit rough edges. We offer it so you can track shared expenses, not as a finished service. If you have any issues or suggestions, please contact us at support@rezendue.com. The Disclaimers below still apply in full.
Your account
You sign in with your Google account — there is no separate Rezendue password, and we never see your Google credentials. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure; anything done through your signed-in session is treated as done by you.
Your content
The content you add — bills, amounts, descriptions, and uploaded images — is yours. So that the service can work, you grant us a limited right to store that content and show it to you and to the members of the groups you added it to. That is the only thing we use it for.
- Only upload content you have the right to share.
- Do not upload anything unlawful or anything that violates the rights of others.
- Do not misuse the service — for example by attempting unauthorized access, disrupting it, or abusing other members.
Groups and shared content
Anything you add to a group is visible to every member of that group. Content you contributed stays in the group after you leave or delete your account — in anonymized form — so that the shared history of the other members is not broken.
Account deletion and termination
You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings. Your personal data is erased, your contributions are re-attributed to a neutral "ghost" name, and groups you own pass to their longest-standing member. The details are described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. All amounts are entered by users: Rezendue is not a financial, accounting, payment, or tax service, it does not move money, and it does not mediate disputes between group members. Totals are only as accurate as what was entered.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use Rezendue — currently nothing.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms, for example when new features ship. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced in the app(email later). Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
